Reminder: There is no school tomorrow, Friday, April 2nd. All students that signed up for in-person learning come back this Monday, April 5th. See you on Monday!

Connections at the New England Ghanaian Church in Worcester?

SLC Mailing and Important In-Person Forms: Student SLC’s were mailed home earlier this week. Included in the packet are forms for in-person only students to return on the first day of school, Monday, April 5th. The forms include the child’s up-to-date emergency contact card and dismissal information that is necessary on the first day for the teachers and staff to know how your child will go home from school. Please be sure to send the forms back with your child!

Bus Registration: Bus routes were given by the Worcester Public School’s Transportation Department this week. Families that registered by March 22nd were notified of their bus stop by the homeroom teacher.

Anyone that needs bus transportation but has not submitted the online registration form should do so as soon as possible. Any applications received after March 22rd will not receive a stop until April 19th.

4)       You will need to complete this process for each LFCPS student in your household.

Food Service: Breakfast and Lunch is available to all in-person students at no cost.

Bulk meal pick up will be available for remote learning students until the end of the year.

Bulk meal pick up is available for Remote students only on Wednesdays from 4pm-5:30pm.

Message from the Nurse: Reminder for returning students: If you take a daily medication or require the use of an inhaler or Epi Pen, please drop off items to the school nurse.  Thank you!

Student Support Department:  IMPORTANT, throughout the school year the Student Support Departmentmay be emailing/mailing documents such as IEP’s, Evaluation Consents & 504 documents to parents labeled Frontline.  When these documents are received the parent/guardian must read, sign and submit the documents online or by mail or contact Learning First with any questions or concerns.  If you have questions, please contact the Student Support Administrative AssistantMs. Andino at

 Community Connections: Destiny Youth Development, Inc. is an organization focused on empowering youth by increasing self esteem and self awareness. They are offering a FREE summer and fall youth program at the YWCA at 1 Salem Square for ages 12-19. Youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders are welcomed.
