Dear Families,
As you are aware, our original plans to relocate were affected last March due to the impact of Covid. As promised, our team has continued to work over the last year to find a new location for the home of our school. I am so pleased to announce that we now own the property that was formerly home to St. Mary’s School located at 50 Richland Street in Vernon Hill Worcester.
This new property brings many advantages, including but not limited to:
- Beautiful Auditorium and cafeteria space
- Larger individual classrooms
- A full Gymnasium
- 2 Science Labs
- Expanded Parking
- Space for dedicated ELL & SPED rooms throughout the building
Renovations will start in the fall and will be focused on updating the building with new mechanical systems, HVAC, Elevators/accessibility, and fire safety, etc. It is considered a Historic Property so we are working to receive additional funding to maintain/restore much of its historic charm. Renovations will continue through much of the 2021/22 school year and we will be moving out of Gage Street in the summer of 2022!
